Delete your account

You can request deletion of your Upkeeper account and all data associated with it at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Email yendallmax@gmail.com from the email address on your account.
2. Use the subject line "Delete my Upkeeper account".
3. We'll confirm the request and delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account (name, email, password, avatar, biometric login token)
• Your collection, decks, folders and notes
• Friends, friend requests and share links
• Play table and game history tied to your account

What we keep

Nothing is retained after deletion except server logs, which are kept for up to 30 days for security and then removed. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
